Introverts, in contrast, may have strong social skills and enjoy parties and business meetings, but after a while wish they were home in their pajamas. They prefer to devote their social energies to close friends, colleagues, and family. They listen more than they talk, think before they speak, and often feel as if they express themselves better in writing than in conversation. They tend to dislike conflict. Many have a horror of small talk, but enjoy deep discussions. — Susan Cain, Quiet (via going-to-scranton)

Ignorance is when you think stubborn equates to being ignorant. Lacking in a broad range of knowledge doesn’t mean ignorance; it is not willing to learn despite your ignorance that makes you ignorant. Shut up and realize that common sense is not there if you say it is there.
I hate being the third person, awkwardly standing on the side. I hate being invited to something but being totally ignored. I hate it when all of my friends go somewhere and not tell me. I hate not understanding an inside joke. Feeling left out can be one of the worst feelings. It leaves you lonely and empty.
